Lee Joon Could’ve Played the Leading Role of ‘Boys Over Flowers’

On the recent episode of MBC ‘Golden Fishery – Radio Star’, MBLAQ’s Lee Joon revealed that he could’ve played the leading role of the popular drama, ‘Boys Over Flowers’.

Lee Joon said, “I was a major candidate for the main role of ‘Boys Over Flowers’ even before they had set any of the roles. My agency’s plan was to shoot ‘Ninja Assassin’ and then shoot ‘Boys Over Flowers’, but I was bald for ‘Ninja Assassin’. My hair was as long as a mustache.”

He continued, “I was dropped without even a chance because of my hair. There was a time I had come appeared on a MBC sitcom with a wig on, but it looked awkward.”
